The research stage is the screening the potential suppliers. To make sure they meet your requirement, we approaches them and strictly review their all-round capacities, management, quality control, timing for delivery, financial soundness and credibility etc.

Only short-listed candidates will be further contacted on our priliminary quotation stage. A disclosure of preliminary quotations from these candidates will be released to you. You'll then make a decision whether or not to go ahead.

It then comes to the sampling stage. You can simply require the existing items to be posted for your confirmation. Or you'll provide samples and require a counterpart from the vendor. If the product does not exist, we need a detailed drawings and specifications to develop such a sample.

After you accept the sample, we will set on the firm quotation. Give us the projected quantity for your initial order and expected order frequency. Provide the information of the packaging required, terms of payment, time of delivery etc. The more detailed information provided, the better informed we are to do a better job. The more accurate requirements given, the easier the process will be for all the parties.

If you accept the quotation and decide to place an order, we'll help the contracting for all parties. Before and after the signing of contract, we could arrange your factory visit in China anytime you want to do this. We can also arrange a QC inspection on international standard by authorized institution.

We will take care of the order management, quality inspection and control, pre-shipment supervision to make sure that the products to be shipped are of high quality, impeccable packaging and timely delivery. Our responsibilities also cover all chains of the logistic tasks, custom clearance, documentations and post-shipment services.
