Q: What does Eureka China charge as a sourcing agent?
A: Once we are awarded a specific assignment, we will discuss your needs and clarify the timetable of implementing the tasks. After your confirmation, a small retainer should be deposited. The amount ranges from 100 dollars, depending on the tasks agreed on both sides. We'll refund the retainer to you if we fail to meet your requirements. Travelling bills, per diem, and other incidental costs incurred on your behalf will be agreed to in advance, in writing prior to the actions, and are due upon receipt of invoice. We know you don't like surprises, so we strive for clarity and everything will be well communicated.
Should you need to change task responsibility during the project, we will work together to adjust the fee accordingly and refund the balance. Should our services finally lead to an effective order, we will continue on working with the order management. You will be charged a small percentage of commission on shipment. Q: What are the benefits to hire Eureka China as my Chinese associates?
A: All functions of a representative office will be on our responsibilities. An experienced staff will be fully engaged with the job and supported by the team. We will work on multiple projects, arranging all your business travel and supporting all the secretarial jobs such as interpretations and documentations etc. The contract should last for 6 months or longer. The annual rate is much lower than you otherwise pay for hiring a qualified representative in China, let alone the savings of rent and various expenses of running an office.

A: Usually a disclosure of new product sourcing project should be concluded from 1 week to a month, depending on the length of task list and the required depth of the task. As to ODM/OEM projects, the timetable has to be revised upon the receipt of your drawing and sample. From then on, it should be concluded from 1 to 3 months, depending on the complexity of the products.

Q: What are the incidental costs that should be taken into account?
A: Your incidental costs should include the budgetd travelling bills, per diem, tickets, hotel, posting sample (especially when it is valued and heavy) and other services that we have to outsource on behalf of you. We do all our best to decrease these costs and all will be clarified at the point of initial discussion and agreement.

Q: What information should I provide to make an effective quotation?
A: The more detailed information provided, the better informed we are to do a better job. The more accurate requirements given, the easier the process will be for all the parties. Give us the projected quantity for your initial order and expected order frequency. Establish a reasonable target price so we will work out quickly weather or not it is workable. Not having the reasonable target price generally complicates the process and waste a lot of time.
